Prior to his recent retirement, Joe served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Talent and Learning Officer at Microsoft, where he led global people strategy, culture, talent management, organization development, and learning for one of the world’s most influential companies. Over his 25-year career at Microsoft, Joe also held leadership roles across Finance and HR, including serving as Managing Director of the Venture Integration Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
