Philip Moyer joined Vimeo in 2024. He previously served as Global VP of Applied AI Engineering and Business Development and VP of Strategic Industries, Google Cloud, a division of Alphabet Inc., a role he held since July 2019. Prior to Alphabet, Mr. Moyer was Director of Financial Services at Amazon Web Services, a division of Amazon.com, Inc., where he managed Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Payments. He previously managed a Venture Capital portfolio in FinTech, Healthtech, and MarTech at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., a public venture development company. Additionally, Mr. Moyer was CEO of two financial technology companies, EDGAR Online, Inc., a provider of financial data, analytics, and disclosure management solutions, and Cassiopae, S.A., a French software company in the commercial banking market. He spent 15 years at Microsoft Corp., a global technology company, where he managed global customer teams, industry teams, and service organizations. Mr. Moyer has a Computer Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and started his career as a software engineer for nuclear submarines at GE Aerospace, a division of General Electric Company.

Heidi Johnson is a Data, Product and Technology leader who propels startups and multinational companies alike to next-level scale and efficiency. Her experience in financial, health and consumer tech industries includes leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer. Heidi has had three successful exits: Advisory Board (IPO) in 2011, Markit (IPO) in 2014, and Visible Alpha acquisition by S&P Global in 2024.
Heidi is a doer. She drives results cross-functionally while building and launching some of the most recognized analytics driven software products such as Instant Bloomberg from Bloomberg LP, and Carta’s Venture and Compensation products. Heidi has operated globally, working in the US, UK, EU, India, China and Australia. In addition to her professional endeavors, Heidi is committed to building Montana’s entrepreneur network. She is a National Science Foundation mentor, a visiting professor at Montana State University’s Jabs School of Business, and she chairs the Sustainability Network Organization in Montana. Heidi holds Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Big Sky, MT with her husband and three nearly-grown children.
